If you lose all your locator cards you can contact me to buy a new set of 6 BUT only if you have run out.
Tournament will follow the January 2014 TCG Banlist
All TCG/OCG cards are allowed
All users who choose to participate will be placed on a tavle to help facilitate easy point tracking.
All duels will be matches or single in round 1, and matches from round 2 and beyond.
All duels must be spectated by a Staff Member or a Battle City Certefied Judge.
You may use different decks for each or your duels in round 1. In round 2 and beyond you must use a specific deck.
When challenging someone in the tournament you must get a Staff member or Battle City Certified Judge to watch the duel, and later Message me with a screenshot of your win.
You may choose to decline any challenge.
Once you have accepted a challenge you have up to 24 hours to face the challenger, not doing so will result in an automatic loss.
the top 8 players with the most locator cards at the end of round 1 will advance to round 2.
Round 2 and beyond will be single elimination matches and will adopt a bracket style.
In the event of a crash, all matches being played during the crash are void. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Players may still join the tournament at anytime during round 1.

The losing Player will lose 1 locator card and the winning player will gain that 1 locator card.

HOW YOU CAN GET THROWN FROM THE TOURNAMENT

Purposely throwing matches will result in you being kicked out of the tournament

Switching decks during round 2 and beyond will result in you getting kicked from the tournament.

Purposefully altering scores or false reporting will result in being kicked from the tournament. (this shouldn't happen if a staff member or judge is watching.)

Cheating in any ways or form regardless of not knowing the rulings will result in Being BANNED PERMANENTLY from the Battle City Tournament!
